The National Conference on Futures Studies, Artificial Intelligence, and Emerging Technologies was held by the Iran-Austria Joint Chamber of Commerce.
On Sunday, October 6, 2024 (Mehr 8, 1403), the national conference “Futures Studies, Artificial Intelligence, and Emerging Technologies” was organized by the Iran-Austria Joint Chamber of Commerce at the venue of the Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines, and Agriculture. The event was attended by over 400 participants, including national authorities, the presiding board of the Iran Chamber, members of other chambers of commerce, and prominent figures from the commercial and economic sectors.
While expressing gratitude for the exceptional presence of all attendees who made the effort to participate in the conference, we extend special thanks to the esteemed members of the Iran-Austria Joint Chamber of Commerce.
This conference provided a unique opportunity for dialogue and exchange of views on futures studies, artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, and global developments: challenges and opportunities in the private sector.
The keynote speakers at the conference were Dr. Nariman Sadri, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Iran-Austria Joint Chamber of Commerce; Dr. Alireza Nazemolraei, First Vice President of the Iran-Austria Joint Chamber of Commerce; Professor Saeed Khazaei, President of the Iranian Futuristics Association; and Dr. Rouhollah Rahmani, Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from Washington University in St. Louis.
Additionally, Dr. Nariman Sadri, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Iran-Austria Joint Chamber of Commerce, stated: “Artificial intelligence assists doctors but will not replace them. In fact, artificial intelligence and mathematical algorithms will help improve medical diagnosis, but we have not yet reached the stage of fully replacing doctors.”
