Nariman was born in June 1976. He completed his education at Hadaf and Alborz schools and, during his studies, learned the principles of retail trade from his uncle. As a curious student, he acquired various skills, including blacksmithing, electrical work, photo printing and development, industrial drafting, and computer programming. However, none of these satisfied his eager mind for discovering the world around him. Therefore, he stepped into the mysterious world of medicine and pursued his studies at Shahid Beheshti University.<\/p>

During his academic years, he was attracted toward student union activities and became the students\u2019 representative. This marked the beginning of his journey in discovering himself, his managerial skills, and his transformative vision\u2014qualities that have continued to shape his leadership roles in the healthcare industry.<\/p>

His career in the pharmaceutical industry began part-time as a sales representative for Roche\u2019s blood glucose monitoring devices. Until 2008, he held various expert and mid-management positions at Novartis and Eli Lilly. After Eli Lilly ceased its operations in Iran, he was invited by the Medical Director of Sanofi to join the company. This pivotal career move and learning experience in a multinational corporation provided him with opportunities to take on various senior responsibilities and master professional leadership principles in the healthcare industry.<\/p>

From 2013 to 2019, he served as the Country Chair and General Manager of Sanofi Iran. During this period, he successfully consolidated Sanofi\u2019s various scattered divisions under one roof into a unified scientific office. Together with Sanofi\u2019s professional and experienced team, he spearheaded the implementation of strategic programs such as licensed production in Abidi and Sobhan Oncology domestic local companies, the expansion of the diabetes unit, and numerous joint scientific and research projects with universities and research centers in the country. Furthermore, following the signing of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), under his leadership, a memorandum of understanding for research, educational, and industrial activities between Sanofi and the Iranian Food and Drug Administration was signed during the Iranian President\u2019s visit to Paris. This initiative resulted in one of the largest research projects on diabetes in Iran.<\/p>

In 2015, in recognition of his transformative contributions to the healthcare industry, Dr. Nariman Sadri was selected as one of the Young Global Leaders by the World Economic Forum, an honor previously granted to only six other Iranians.<\/p>

In 2019, Nariman decided to leverage his knowledge from working in a multinational company in domestic industry by collaborating with Iranian companies. He took on the role of CEO at Darman Ara, a pioneering company in the plasma derivative medicines. Later, by leading the RADARO Holding, he became the chairman of several emerging companies in this growing industry, establishing and guiding them towards success.<\/p>

Since 2023, Nariman has taken on a more active role in the Chamber of Commerce as the President of the Iran-Austria Joint Chamber of Commerce.
